Takedown Notice Requirements
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Contact information of the complaining party
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the required information under the DMCA.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Please note that knowingly submitting a false DMCA takedown notice may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
